What is Biyaheroes?
Biyaheroes is crafting the easiest way to travel locally. Our first phase is focused on providing our fellow commuters with a convenient way to book their public transport online.
What routes do you currently offer?
We offer daily bus trips via Partas to/from Pagudpud, Laoag, Laoag-Baguio, Vigan, San Fernando, Cubao, Pasay, and Manila (Sampaloc). Drop-offs (Pangasinan, Tarlac) can be booked as well, but roundtrip option is not available.
JAC Liner offers daily bus trips to/from Mauban and Marinduque with select drop-off and pick-up points.
CODA Bus Lines Corporation offers direct Sagada trips twice a day.
BUNSO Transport offers Coron to/from El Nido and Coron to/from Mindoro.
How do I book online?
You can book by going to Biyaheroes. If you’re on Facebook desktop, you can book directly at the Official Partas Facebook page, JAC Liner Facebook page, CODA Lines Facebook Page, and BUNSO Transport Facebook Page. Online prices are the same whether you book at our website or in their Facebook account.
Are my bus seats instantly on-hold?
Yes. Upon completing our booking reservation form, the bookings you have made are automatically on-hold. Holding time varies on the payment method you select in Dragonpay.
Do I have to pay an additional fee for booking online?
Yes. Instead of charging per seat, we implement a fixed rate of P50 for bookings P500 and below or 10% service charge for bookings above P500.
We can be cheaper than the labor and the commute fare to go to a terminal and reserve. Airlines charge up to P200/each as an add-on just for choosing your seats. Now, commuters can have this at no other extra cost. Payment settlement can also be done via credit/debit card through Paypal, 7-Eleven, major banks and payment centers.
The convenience becomes more memorable when the time you could've wasted impatiently in line becomes time longer spent with people, places (longer beach/mountainside time!), and projects you love.
What's the payment processing fee?
Payment processing fee is the charge Paypal or 7-Eleven applies when you choose them as the payment option.
How do I confirm my booking?
You can confirm your booking by paying the amount total within the holding time window. Reservations made beyond this holding period are automatically cancelled and seats chosen are reopened.
Where can I pay?
You can pay instantly via credit/debit card through Paypal, through any major bank via mobile banking, over-the-counter deposit as well as payment centers like LBC, Cebuana Lhullier, SM Bills Payment through Dragonpay. More options will be available soon. Payment is automatically confirmed.
Why should I sign up?
You can always book without signing up, but you can only earn Biyaheroes points when you are logged on to your account when booking.
Can I book without signing up?
Yes, but you won't have any Biyaheroes points.
What is Biyaheroes points?
Biyaheroes points is our direct incentive for travellers and commuters. Valued at P1 = 1 point, you can claim this as a deduction to your total fare on your next trip.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by booking and signing up online. Points earned are based per booking. It’s P100 = 1 point with fractions not considered nor carried over with the next booking (ex. P210 = 2 points).

How do I get freebies? Are they totally free?
Yes, they are totally free! Proceed to the Freebies page right after your passenger details form.
How do I claim my freebies?
You can claim your perks and freebies at your departure terminal.* The ticketing officers will hand them over once they verify your voucher. This will also indicate what you can claim.
*Passengers originating in Mauban and Marinduque can claim their freebies in Kamias or LRT Buendia.
Can I bring my pets along?
For Partas and Bunso Transport, pets are allowed but they need to have the necessary travel permits from the Bureau of Plant and Animal Industry. This is different from your registration papers given by the veterinarian.
For JAC Liner and CODA Lines, pets are not allowed.
Oh no, I didn’t receive any booking notifications! What do I do?
Travel confirmations may take up to one day. We send notifications on both SMS and email to ensure that you get your reservation vouchers. This might have been flagged as spam, so kindly check your folder. If it’s still not there and you haven’t gotten an SMS after one day of your payment, you can contact us at +63917 535 1501 (You can Viber, Whatsapp, Telegram, LINE, KakaoTalk, and WeChat us as well), (02) 507-8575 and/or send us an email at email@example.com. We will address this concern as soon as possible.
What do I prepare for on the day of my trip?
Please ensure that you have a printed copy of the voucher, your proof of payment, and valid IDs.
What time should I be at the terminal?
Please be at the terminal before your check-in time indicated at the voucher.
Is my voucher my actual ticket?
No. Your voucher needs to be checked by the ticketing officer at the window or information booth. They will exchange it with an actual one. Partas passengers can proceed to the advanced ticketing window to claim them.
I’m at the bus terminal already. How do I exchange my voucher for actual bus ticket/s?
Proceed to the Biyaheroes Lane to claim your actual bus tickets. If a ticketing or information booth is not present at your departure terminal, you can inquire this to the conductor immediately.
What happens if my trip got delayed?
We shall inform you ahead of time should there be any changes with your departure. However, trips may be delayed without prior announcement due to unforeseen weather, road, and traffic conditions.
