  3. Museo del Seminario Conciliar de Nueva Caceres this seminary has a museum full of Catholic church items and old paintings. The museum is easily noticeable because of its red brick walls and attractive design.

  1. Mayon Volcano is one of the best places to visit because of its perfect cone shape that is recognized internationally.
  2. Cagsawa Ruins Park (also spelled as Kagsawa or Cagsaua) are the remnants of a 16th-century Franciscan church, the Cagsawa church. It was originally built in the town of Cagsawa in 1587 but was burned down by Dutch pirates in 1636. It was rebuilt in 1724 by Fr. Francisco Blanco, but was destroyed again, along with the town of Cagsawa, on February 1, 1814, during the eruption of the Mayon Volcano. This is sought after by photographers and tourists because of its dramatic landscape now.
  3. Lignon Hill is a great place for hiking. There are trikes or habal-habal/ motorcycle for rent and the top view of the hill is very rewarding.

  1. Subic and Tikling Beach offers beautiful pink sand. Registration here is 350 pesos for foreigners and not more than 70 pesos for locals. You can rent a boat for Island Hopping for not more than 1600 pesos.
  2. Paguriran Island is a hidden gem in the middle of the deep blue sea. It can be accessed when the sea is during low tide.
  3. Dancalan Beach is affordable, a nice place to relax, and the view is stunning!

  1. Binurong Point is place where you need to pass through long coastal highways devoid of traffic and off-road areas zigzagging through the mountains, only to reach stunningly beautiful spots with amazing views.
  2. Maribina Falls is a good place to visit in the eastern part of Catanduanes. There is no entrance fee here and tricycle is the most recommended mode of transportation.
  3. Mamangal Beach is a good place for staying and for some relaxation. On a good day, you can even see the Mayon Volcano from afar. The entrance fee is only 10 pesos.
